Expectations/Weekly Lessons
Below you will find our weekly plans. Students will be able to access materials and resources of each day that morning at 8:00am. We want students to be completing work in all subjects, so please make sure they are checking the blog each morning to access their daily agenda. Please make note of the ZOOM calls scheduled for the week in hopes your child can attend.

The A Team's Expectations
Parents/Students,
You will need to access our classroom blog, class dojo and MobyMax every day,
Monday-Thursday, in order to receive and complete assignments, as well as have access to all materials. We are aware that you may not have access to all these resources, however we are SO IMPRESSED by all the people who are connected and committed to their learning and look forward to seeing this participation grow in the coming days. Below you will find our weekly schedule. This is what we would love for all our students to complete each day in order to keep their learning going. We are encouraging students to spend 2.5 hours daily on schoolwork and want each student to be actively learning each day! 😊 We want to show off your child’s hard work, so remember to send pictures for students working, completed work, or anything you want to share with us while we are apart. Each day at 8:00am, Monday- Thursday, daily plans and resources will be posted for your child to follow. Friday's will be a "Catch Up" day. This will be great for students to complete any work they have not finished.
We will both be available for questions, concerns, or discussions
from 8:00 am to 2:45 pm, Monday-Friday.
Math: There will be a lesson (power point, anchor chart, videos, etc.) each day. Please review materials. Once students feel confident in the material, they will complete the MobyMax/Padlet assignments listed each day. Also, please make sure to spend about
10 minutes of your day on the math fluency section on MobyMax.
Who thinks they can get the highest percent?
Reading: There will be a lesson each day and a MobyMax assignment. Students will also need to do 20 minutes on Lexia. If you have not used LexiaCore5 or have any issues logging in, please reach out to Ms. Allegra! This resource is differentiated towards all students needs and the data is sent to the teacher as you are working! If you choose to do the independent reading, you must write a 4-5 well written paragraph about what you have read and post it on our class padlet. https://padlet.com/summeraschenbach/vhnzposnn7pl
Writing: Passages/Materials will be posted each day to connect with lesson. Don’t forget all the important writing skills you have been taught this year and follow the directions. Students will complete a MobyMax or padlet assignment.
Social Studies Refer to the material that’s been posted. Remind students to take notes if they need to in order to remember the material. After each lesson for the day, there will be questions or an activity. Post responses on Padlet.
Zoom: Each week, there will be ZOOM sessions to assist students on materials for the week. This will be a great way for us to teach and review material with your child. On our weekly schedule, we have provided you with specific times we will be holding our class meetings. Please try to make sure your child has access to technology during these times, so we can continue to grow as a team. Zoom can be used on either a phone or computer. On the morning of these meetings, there will be provided with the link. You will only be able to join the meeting at the time provided and you will have to enter the Meeting ID and Password, which has been provided to you on Class DoJo.
